This thesis deals with intelligent control of a family house. The thesis starts with the design of electrical installation with elements of home automation and internal wiring of electrical cabinet in terms of optimal usage of its internal space. Loxone Miniserver is the main controller of the intelligent instalation. Railduino modules are the input output extension devices. It is possible to control and monitor the house using a mobile application and a web interface. Finally, an approximate price analysis of the intelligent installation is done.
