FPGA Controlled Magnetometer with Digital Output

The goal of this bachelor project is to design and realize electronics for fluxgate magnetometer with analog signal processing and digital data output. Magnetometer is controlled by FPGA with soft-core microprocessor from Actel company. Sensor is designed with high attention to minimalize noise floor and to get as high dynamic range as possible. Project also includes particular digital compensation of magnetic field controlled by FPGA for improving dynamic range.
